Summer Challenge Milestone #2

I’m very happy this week with my progress. I think I’m getting really involved in my novel’s world. As my writer friend Paula Chase says, I’m becoming “detached.” I can now spend quality time immersed in this world I’ve created. Not easy at times---I’ve still found it hard to get to 500 words some days, but at least I’m excited. Anyone who watched the MTV Movie Awards knows the effect of the Twilight movie. Now with the new New Moon trailer out and its pending release this year, the Twilight Saga surges on. Summer Challenge Milestone #1

I've just finished up the first week of the Summer Challenge. Whew. That's all I can say. I haven't done daily writing in a long time and it was really hard to get into this, I have to admit. Plus, I'm still recovering from my surgery. I'm off the painkillers and started back working at the day job, so it's been tough for me to get in my writing.
