Networking with the Publishers

I really do think that social networking is here to stay. I know that some writers may get overwhelmed with social networking because it can really be a time suck, but I think if you just pick one of the technologies to get out there (Facebook, Twitter or even blogging---which is the only thing I do right now) and keep that one thing updated and current, it’s better than nothing. In Memoriam…

When I was getting ready for work, Good Morning America was on so I watched Barbra Walters present previews for the Farrah Fawcett special. So when I heard later that she had died, I was sad because I LOVED Charlie’s Angels when I was kid. But I was also glad that she was no longer suffering. It made me realize how fleeting life can be. I'm SO excited. One of my writer friends, Rachel Renee Russell, is now a New York Times Bestselling author!
