I read a lot books this year and although when one throws out a list of "best" it can all be relative. It depends on how the book resonates with the reader. Ah, so much for not blogging anymore this week! 2009 Popular Musings

I started this blog in April to post about my novel process, the writing craft, and my passion for literature for young people. And I'm glad because I've met some wonderful kindred spirits. Perks of the Day Job

At times I have a habit as looking at my day job as a curse because it limits my writing time. But really it can be a blessing. Beside getting a regular check and being able to pay my mortgage, there are also other perks of my day job: having great co-workers. Yesterday, I got a flat tire from a huge nail in the parking deck.
